Terms and conditions
By signing up to, purchasing or accessing any in person or online workshop, or online content (website and social media) from The Birth and Motherhood Collective, you are agreeing to the following:
Payment terms
Online and in Person Workshops
Your space in any workshop will be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
In the event that your baby arrives early, and your workshop was due to take place before your 37th week of pregnancy (full term), a full refund will be offered on receipt of a copy of your baby’s birth certificate. This is the only instance where a refund can be offered for workshops.
Every effort will be made to rearrange sessions to suit you if required. Once sessions have been confirmed, we may not be able to rearrange them, depending on practitioner availability.
We reserve the right to cancel, change or alter the dates and venues of any workshop at any time. If the workshop changes from the advertised description and you are no longer able to attend, you will be offered a full refund or alternative time or workshop to suit you at no extra cost.
The participant also agrees that, from time to time, Louise Jenkins of The Birth and Motherhood Collective may film or record the workshops for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control purposes. By attending the event, the participant consents to being filmed or recorded for the duration of the event and agrees that Louise Jenkins of The Birth and Motherhood Collective shall retain all Intellectual Property Rights arising from any resulting media. You will be informed before any photography or recording takes place.
